jaya999 Terms and Conditions
You must read these terms and conditions in full before using any jaya999 service. The rules set out here apply to every member who uses the platform.
1 Introduction and Definitions
This document contains the official terms and conditions of jaya999. In this document, "Platform" refers to the jaya999 website, mobile application and all related digital services. "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on the Platform. "Authority" refers to the organisation that operates jaya999.
By accessing the Platform and creating an account or starting to use any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to comply with these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use jaya999 services. Creating an account by a minor is strictly prohibited. The Authority may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete.
2.2 Personal Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. If an account is created with false information, the Authority may cancel that account and withhold the associated balance.
2.3 One Account Policy
A person may own only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the Platform from the same device or network, the Authority must be informed in advance.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the Authority immediately. You will be liable for all transactions carried out by any third party using your account.
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
jaya999 accepts deposits via three mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. It generally takes a few minutes for the deposited amount to reflect in the account.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Funds typically arrive within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
3.3 Source of Funds
It is your responsibility to ensure that the funds you deposit come from a legitimate source. The Authority may request the necessary documents to verify the source of suspicious transactions, and withdrawals may be delayed while an investigation is ongoing.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus funds you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met. Each promotion has its own separate conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
4.3 Bonus Cancellation
If the Authority determines that a member is abusing bonus benefits, it has the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it. Bonus abuse includes claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements only through low-risk betting patterns, and similar conduct.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Rules
All bets are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed; only in specific circumstances (such as a match cancellation or event postponement) may the Authority refund a bet. The Authority will not be liable for disconnections caused by technical issues during gaming or betting.
5.2 Permitted Use
The jaya999 platform is intended for personal and recreational use only. Using bots, automated software, artificial intelligence or any other unauthorised technology to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Match Fixing and Fraud
Bets associated with match fixing or any form of fraud will be cancelled. If such activity is suspected, the Authority reserves the right to hold the relevant account and may notify law enforcement agencies if necessary.
6 Account Closure and Suspension
6.1 Closure at User Request
You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. Any active bonus will be cancelled.
6.2 Closure by the Authority
The Authority may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions
- Involvement in fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Use of false identity or documents
- Proven abuse of the bonus system
- Offensive conduct towards Authority staff or other members
7 Privacy and Data Protection

The Authority may use your information for the following purposes:
- Account verification and identity confirmation
- Transaction processing and security assurance
- Promotional communications (subject to member consent)
- Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations
The Authority does not sell your information to third parties. However, information may be shared with trusted partners where required by law or to provide services.
8 Responsible Gambling
jaya999 believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — it is not a reliable source of income. If you feel that gambling is having a negative effect on your life or the life of your family, seek help immediately.

- Avoid placing larger bets to recover losses
- Never think of gambling as a way to repay debts
- Do not play under stress or while under the influence of substances
9 Intellectual Property and Content Rights
All content on the jaya999 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, game interfaces — is protected under the intellectual property rights of the Authority. Reproducing, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
The platform may also contain third-party content (game developers, payment providers), which is protected under their own intellectual property rights.
10 Limitation of Liability
The jaya999 Authority is not liable for the following:
- Losses caused by technical issues, server outages or internet connection problems
- Issues arising from errors in third-party game software
- Account losses due to the user's own negligence or failure to follow security guidelines
- Unforeseen events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.) that prevent service delivery
In any circumstance, the Authority's liability will be limited to the total amount deposited in the relevant transaction.
11 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please first contact the jaya999 customer support team. Our support team is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.

If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, it will be escalated to senior management and a formal response will be provided within 7 business days. The Authority's decision will be considered final.
12 Changes to Terms and Conditions
The jaya999 Authority reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
